Home made French Fries By Chef Mus..

Ingredients:

3 liters vegetable or peanut oil,

3 russet potatoes or sweet potato, cut into wedges or normal fries shape (try to cut it into equal shape so that it will be cooked evenly at one time)

Sea salt

Method:

Put cut potatoes into a large bowl of cold water while oil preheats to 325 degrees Celsius

Drain the potatoes well and carefully place in the hot oil.

Blanch the potatoes until the bubbling ceases, about 3 minutes. They will be soft and have no colour.

Drain well on paper towels.

Increase the heat of the oil to 365 degrees Celsius.

Fry the potatoes until they are deep golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sea salt.

Everyone knows that. You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t. For me, it’s very simple: food is fish. I just love fish (especially eating them!). I wonder what your favourite food is? Let me guess… hamburgers? Ice cream? Candy bars? Well that’s probably more likely than raw carrots or garlic.
So anyway, what exactly is food? Let’s look at what it’s made of. Food (which really includes many types of drinks too – like milk shakes and cola – but not water) is made up of nutrients. These are the things which give you energy or help build up your body as you grow.

Two months have passed on, its time to change all our bad attitudes to good attitudes. Helping other in many ways, doing good deeds for others without asking for a reward.
Life is not for enjoying freely without thinking whats right and whats wrong.
There need to be a limit. If you a student, concerntrate more on your studies and always think that face difficulty now and get easy life in future.

Lure fishing at kranji reservoir

me and my cousin, Rizal, went at the kranji reservoir for the second time as the first time we did not catch any fish so we went again to try our luck....we started 11 am....i was so excited this time coz i bought some baits such as chicken meat and heart.....and prawns..we were planning to use one rod for cast and wait ...and one rod for lures....as each of us brought 2 rods...we waited for quite some time and we cast our lures at different spot and move from one place to another but no fish ....so we continued until 5-6pm....i was starting to pack getting ready to go home but Rizal was still casting his rod with my special lure hoping to get a grab at last minute.....and at last seconds as he was about to reel up his lure..something grab it..and he caught a PEACOCK BASS....FINALLY we said....me and Rizal were thrilled by that last minute catch.....SHUKURULHAMDULILAH.....rizal brought home the fish..... that was Rizal's catch, so when will it be mine....heh heh heh...

The trip to kranji reservoir

yeaa man....a fun..sad....cool.....geram....gerek......hot..damn hot..and tired day...yesterday......me and my cousin with a friend went to go fishing at kranji reservoir.....the heat was beyond measure man!.....as usual we obeyed the rules as it says not to use live baits.....so we use lures..rubber worms....rubber squid....and pelampongs...hehe....but we were overwhelmed by other fishers....who use live baits...such as prawns..live koi fish.(ikan koi)........sotong....bread...slumber jer .....so we felt stupid and i ask my friend to buy worms.....kepongpong...agaknye namer dia...and i start using it as baits....hehehe

one of the fishers there who were quite close to us....very friendly.....us a koi as bait, cought a toman....menganjing giler......i was hoping for something like that so i waited...my friend and my cousin just stick to lures....

we left in the afternoon and call it a fun day....but no fish...hehe
